Membership Terms

1. Membership Scope

Memberships provide ongoing coaching access and support at the level defined by the selected plan.

2. Billing

Membership billing cadence depends on the selected monthly or annual plan. Access may be suspended for failed or past-due billing states.

3. Access

Protected content, dashboards, and resources are available only through authenticated access and active entitlement status.

4. Cancellation

Cancellation, renewal, and failed-payment policies must follow the active billing terms displayed at purchase.

5. No Scraping / No Cloning

You may not scrape, copy, reproduce, clone, resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer Defy materials, workflows, or protected resources without written authorization.

These Membership Terms supplement the general Terms, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer.
